Your own way of working with AI — designed, not improvised.

A confidential, one-to-one programme that turns how you personally work with AI into a system: mapped to your role, your tools, and your judgement.

For senior leaders  ·  whose work is judgement-led, and who want to use AI without ever feeling behind or out of their depth.
Built around you, not the technology.

Three steps, a few weeks, an operating system you keep.

Most AI training starts with the tools. This starts with you: how you think, decide and lead. We map your real workflows, match the right tools to your setup, and build a practical operating system that fits the way you actually work.

STEP 01

Discovery

A confidential, NDA-covered conversation about how you work: your priorities, your tools, what you'd happily delegate, and the lines you don't want crossed.

STEP 02

Your AI operating system

A bespoke, interactive guide: your workflows redesigned with AI, the right tools matched to your setup, ready-to-use prompts, set-up steps, quality controls and your personal guardrails. Yours to keep.

STEP 03

Activation & beyond

A working session to put it to work on real tasks, then optional support to keep it current as your role, your fluency and the tools evolve.

Named, built, and yours to keep.

Not a workshop you forget — a set of working components, each built around your role and your judgement. This is what lands in your hands.

Workflows

Workflows, redesigned

Your priority workflows rebuilt end to end, with the handoffs between you and AI deliberately designed in.

Bespoke AI agents, built for you

Where it's worth it, we build the agents that run your workflows — done for you, not just instructions.

The exact, personalised sample output is shared with you after our call.

Built around you, not the technology.

Most AI programmes start with the tools. This starts with how you think, decide and lead. Drawing on a background in digital anthropology and the human side of AI, the focus is on judgement, trust and agency: what to delegate and what stays human, how to hold quality, and how to stay in control. AI as an instrument of your judgement, never a replacement for it. Confidential throughout, paced to you, and free of jargon.

Inna Bondarenko

Founder, Kalei · AI Transformation Leader & Digital Anthropologist
  • Ex-AI Transformation Lead, Deloitte Europe
  • Digital Anthropology, UCL
  • Contributor to executive AI programmes, LSE
  • 10+ years in M&A across 50+ transactions

Inna is an AI transformation leader who combines hands-on business and technology expertise with an academic perspective on how humans and AI work together. After a decade in M&A advising corporates and private equity on 50+ transactions, she moved into corporate technology ventures and led AI Transformation programmes across Deloitte Europe.

Her work spans strategy through to scaled implementation: building AI investment portfolios, rolling out enterprise AI tools and platforms, and embedding the change management that turns them into measurable impact across complex, multi-country operations.

As part of this work she has run AI fluency sessions for senior stakeholders and teams across the UK and Europe, and has contributed to executive AI programmes at the London School of Economics (LSE). With a background in Digital Anthropology from UCL, she brings a rare lens on the human side of technology — drawing on digital anthropology, behavioural science and organisational research to equip leaders to harness AI responsibly and well, without ceding their judgement.

Inna is supported by specialist AI engineers and subject-matter experts who validate and pressure-test the work — so you get a single, senior point of contact with expert depth behind the scenes.
